The recording is kept for 30 days (it is then permanently deleted); if we mark a recording as a favourite, it is stored for 13 months, and likewise for clicks.
The data stored on Clarity’s servers, including backups, will be deleted after the retention periods indicated above and cannot be recovered.

Some videos and photos used on this website were captured by Easytrack and are shared with the written consent of the driver visible in the video or photo. No one was injured in this incident and everyone’s rights were preserved in compliance with the law and the local highway code where the accident took place.
